All Boys & Girls Clubs of Acadiana sites are implementing a teen project title: Keystone: The Ultimate Teen Program which is being funded through a $6,000 grant from Best Buy. Keystone is a national teen leadership program created by Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Through club and community service projects, Keystoners will learn firsthand the importance of cultivating and exercising the virtues of compassion, tolerance, responsibility and citizenship. Our goals of the program are: to promote and encourage academic success, engage participants in career exploration, to promote and engage participants in community service and to have Keystone participants attend a regional or national leadership conference.
