BOM Supports New Natchitoches Boys & Girls Club



Natchitoches, LA – Bank of Montgomery (BOM) is supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Acadiana by investing $3,000/year, for 3 years, to help bring a Boys & Girls Club to the Natchitoches community. BOM employees, representatives from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Acadiana, and local advisory council members gathered September 16th to announce BOM’s three-year investment in the youth of Natchitoches.


Carrie Hough, Senior Vice President and Marketing Director states, “We are thrilled to be a part of the Boys & Girls Club. This has always been a great passion of our bank to be able to give back and not only financially but through volunteerism as well. We can’t wait to continue to strengthen our partnership with the Boys & Girls Club.”


This year marks the 51st anniversary of Boys & Girls Clubs of Acadiana and the Natchitoches project represents the organization’s seventh site.

Boys & Girls Club of Acadiana’s locations include Lafayette (2), New Iberia, Abbeville, Opelousas, and Lake Charles. Boys & Girls Clubs of Acadiana operates under a mission to enable all young people, especially those that need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. The Clubs focuses on three priority outcomes: academic success and on time grade progression, healthy lifestyles and habits, and leadership character development.
