Measures we are taking to protect our members and safety from COVID 19

  • We have greatly reduced each clubs capacity and are only accepting 50 club members per club.

  • A Sanitation Support Worker will be added to our staffing team at each club to ensure a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.

  • Instead of rotating from room to room, members will now have a static classroom environment with the same group of similar aged members.

  • Social distancing will be practiced throughout the club and furniture placement further reflects that.

  • Curbside drop off/ pick up will be implemented. Children must remain in the parent's vehicle while getting their temperature checked and a symptom questionnaire completed. The member will not be allowed in the club if (s)he has a fever of 100.4 or higher or experiences symptoms. Once member is able to enter club they will first wash their hands before proceeding to their classroom.

  • Members are expected to wear mask throughout the day while entering or exiting the club, transitioning between spaces, and going to the restroom.

  • Hand washing will take place at least every 2 hours (and before/ after eating, before and after using shared equipment whether indoors or outdoors, after restroom breaks, and before exiting)

  • All high touch areas will be cleaned hourly and shared equipment will be cleaned between groups usages

  • Contact sports will not be built into the program schedule during Phase 2

  • Access to the building will be restricted to staff and members.

  • Each club will have a quarantine area in the instance a child becomes sick during the day.

  • Equipment/ supplies: when feasible, member will have own supplies; when this is not feasible, shared equipment and supplies will be disinfected between shared usage
